Weather: There is 15% chance of rain but it is expected that the rain won’t affect the match much.

Pitch Condition: The M.Chinnaswamy pitch has been on slower side in this season of IPL so another average scoring match can be expected with spinners doing the bulk of the job. The last four innings scores on this ground read as 157-8 (20 over), 142-9 (20), 142-5 (20) 145-6 (18.5), 161-8 (20) and 134-9 (20).

Spinners are expected to play a big role in the outcome of the match.

Team News

Royal Challengers Bangalore:

  • After a humiliating loss against KKR, they are expected to make a change or two in the batting line-up.
  • They might look to bring in left-handed batsman Harpreet Singh in place of Mandeep Singh.
  • They could also try chinaman Tabraiz Shamsi in place of Samuel Badree as SRH have a lot of left-handers in their batting line-up.

Sunrisers Hyderabad:

  • They are expected to make a few changes after some of their star players are fit for next match.
  • Ashish Nehra is expected to come in place of Siddharth Kaul.
  • They might want to go with at least two spinners so if Yuvraj comes back in place of Bipul Sharma then Mohammad Nabi may replace Kane Williamson in the line-up.
